Percentage of additional cases for costs per DRG point for open and inpatient care, county hospitals. Calculated as the number of outer cases divided by the total number of cases. Outerfalls are care contacts that cost significantly more than the average for the group. The outer case calculation for the KPP database is based on cost data and that the percentage of excess cases shall amount to 5 per cent of the number of spring occasions in the database.县级医院开放式诊疗与住院诊疗服务中，每诊断相关组（DRG，Diagnosis-Related Groups）点数对应的成本超额病例占比。其计算方式为异常超额病例数与总病例数的比值。异常超额病例指成本显著高于所属群体平均水平的诊疗服务接触案例。KPP数据库的异常病例计算基于成本数据，且数据库内超额病例占比应达到春季时段病例数的5%。
