Suggestions and complaints (taxaries and generals)

Below are four sets of data, which come from the suggestions, complaints and congratulations (SYR) on municipal public services and other actions of the City Council, which have been transmitted, by the different channels it provides, the telematics (website or mobile internet), the telephone (010-Line Madrid) or the face-to-face in any of the offices of attention to the citizen, offices of comprehensive attention to the taxpayer and other municipal registration offices, are also received by post. Suggestions and complaints are classified into two large groups with differentiated processing: & SYR tax ” (SYRT), the subject-matter of which are questions relating to public taxes and prices and general SYRs (SYRG), which concern all other matters. In both cases there are two files, one collects the requests received in a period of time and the other collects those resolved in the same period, regardless of the date of opening.
