Erigeron breviscapus Transcriptome or Gene expression

Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand-Mazz. is a famous medicinal plant. E. breviscapus belongs to the family of the Asteraceae and distributed in the southeastern region of China, mainly in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichun and Guangxi provinces. This herb is commonly used for treating various paralysis and its sequelae, and also for relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling the wind and dampness, and removing stagnancy of indigested food in folklore.
