Shrub density effects on the community structure and composition of a desert animal community

Animal communities were surveyed at a varying shrub-density gradient with camera traps, focal observations and transects. Their associations to the plots were broken into shrub and open microsites. The purpose of this was to explore the association of these animal species to foundational shrub species and if there is a relationship with animal species abundance and an associated shrub-density gradient.本研究采用红外相机陷阱、定点观察法与样线调查法，对不同灌丛密度梯度下的动物群落开展调查。研究将动物与各样地的关联关系划分为灌丛微生境与开阔微生境两类，旨在探究这些动物物种与建群灌丛物种之间的关联，同时分析动物物种丰度与对应灌丛密度梯度是否存在相关性。
