Serpentine rhizosphere soil metagenome Raw sequence reads

This project contains raw full-length 16S and 18S rRNA amplicon sequencing data from rhizosphere soil samples collected from serpentine ecosystems. The full-length 16S rRNA gene was amplified with primers 27F and 1492R and sequenced on the PacBio platform, while soil nematodes were profiled using the 18S rRNA gene with primers F548_A and R1912_ on the Illumina MiSeq platform. These datasets support integrated analysis of bacterial and nematode community diversity in serpentine rhizosphere soils.
