Assembly of ASFV Dominican Republic Genomes with Nanopore and Illumina Sequencing

African swine fever virus (ASFV) has bee circulating multiple continents, such as Africa, Asia, and Europe. Now, it has jumped to the Western hemisphere by causing an outbreak in Dominican Republic. Here, we report the full-length genome of two genotype II viruses isolated from the most recent outbreak.
