Regional wind scheme in Burgundy (cancelled on 03/11/2016) — Exclusion zones

For the record, exclusion zones defined at the level of the Burgundy SRE annulled by the Lyon Court of Appeal on 03/11/2016. Taking into account the different issues identified at regional level has led to the definition of exclusion zones in the regional wind energy scheme (SRE) where the installation of wind turbines is not possible. The interior of the table objects corresponds to the parts of the Burgundian territory that are in exclusion zones, and the outside to those that are not, known as “green zones” in the SRE. The interpretation of a “green” area is as follows: these are the territories in which none of the barrier parameters to the installation of wind turbines, as defined in the SRE, have been identified. Green areas of less than 15 hectares were added to the exclusion zones due to their insufficient area for the establishment of a wind farm (see ERS methodology).特此说明：勃艮第区域风能计划（SRE）所划定的禁建区，已于2016年11月3日被里昂上诉法院撤销。经综合研判区域层面排查出的各类问题，该区域风能计划（SRE）划定了无法安装风力涡轮机的禁建区域。本数据集表格内的区域对应勃艮第境内属于禁建区的地块，表格外的区域则不属于禁建区，在SRE中被称为"绿色区域"。绿色区域的定义如下：此类区域未出现SRE中规定的任何一项风力涡轮机安装限制参数。面积不足15公顷的绿色区域因无法满足风电场建设的用地需求，被纳入禁建区范畴（详见ERS方法论）。
