Landscape Influence Area of the Grand Site of France Bibracte

Table containing the delimitations of the areas resulting from the study of the Landscape Influence Area of the Grand Site of France Bibracte and wind projects dating from July 2021 produced by the DREAL Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. The heritage value of Bibracte — Mont Beuvray has been recognised nationally since the 1478 hectares of the site were classified in 1990. This heritage value is intended to be conserved and enhanced by devices that extend well beyond the boundaries of the classified site alone. This is the initial objective of the definition of the buffer zone of the Grand Site de France in 2017, it is also that of the Area of Landscape Influence, the object of the study, which aims to preserve the exceptional panoramas visible from and towards the heritage heart of the classified site.本数据集为勃艮第-弗朗什-孔泰大区环境规划与住房局（DREAL Bourgogne-Franche-Comté）编制的区域边界汇总表，涵盖针对法国比布拉克特（Bibracte）法国大遗址景观影响区的研究成果，以及2021年7月的风电项目相关区域划定数据。自1990年该遗址1478公顷范围被纳入国家级保护名录以来，比布拉克特——伯夫雷山（Mont Beuvray）的遗产价值已获得全国性认可。该遗产价值的保护与提升，不应仅局限于已列入保护名录的场地边界之内，需通过覆盖范围远超该保护边界的管控手段予以实现。这正是2017年法国大遗址（Grand Site de France）缓冲区划定工作的初始目标，同时也是本研究的核心对象——景观影响区的设立初衷：旨在保护从该遗产核心保护区内外均可观赏到的卓越全景风貌。
