Cycling development projects subsidised by the Île-de-France Region

Cycling development projects subsidised by the Île-de-France Region since October 2011. Compared to the previous publication, the dataset has been enriched with the following attributes: * **TYPO_CALC**: precise typology of developments * **REALISE**: indicates whether the development is being carried out or planned * **ANNEE_CP**: year of vote in standing committee The attribute DOUBLSENS is renamed **CONTRESENS** (traffic sense of the layout in countersense of motor traffic).本数据集收录了2011年10月起由法兰西岛大区（Île-de-France Region）资助的自行车交通建设项目。相较于此前发布的版本，本数据集新增了以下属性： * **TYPO_CALC**：建设项目的精准分类类型 * **REALISE**：用于标识该建设项目处于实施阶段还是规划阶段 * **ANNEE_CP**：常务委员会投票通过的年份 原属性DOUBLSENS已重命名为**CONTRESENS**（该设施的通行方向与机动车流方向相反）。
