Rule 40E-10 Water Reservations

This polygon feature class describes the extent and location of boundaries referenced in the Water Reservation Chapter 40E-10 Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). <a href='https://www.flrules.org/gateway/ChapterHome.asp?Chapter=40E-10' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>https://www.flrules.org/gateway/ChapterHome.asp?Chapter=40E-10</a><div>Water reservations define the quantity, location and timing of waters reserved from allocation for the protection of fish and wildlife pursuant to Section 373,223(4), F.S. for specified water bodies. Water reservations are implemented in the water use program pursuant to Chapter 40E-2, F.A.C. Effective July 16, 2014.</div>
