RNA sequencing of livers tissues from control and hepatocyte-specific Mettl3 knockout with ALB-Cre (Mettl3 cKO) mice at different time points after birth. Control and Mettl3 cKO mouse liver tissues were collected separately at day 1, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks after birth. Differentially expressed genes and related pathways were analyzed and compared between Control and Mettl3 cKO livers to show how Mettl3 affects postnatal liver development.
