The size of the circle represents the number of isolates. a) Ethambutol (embB, embA, embA promoter, embC, embR and ubiA). b) Streptomycin (rpsL, rrs). The size of the circles is proportional to the frequency. The MIC values tend to increase with the number of non-synonymous mutations (ethambutol: rho = 0.24, slope = 0.29, p = 0.003; streptomycin: rho = 0.48, slope = 3.59, p = 1.65 × 10-8).
