The dimension aims to highlight the patient's experiences of the care's ability to continuity and coordination. In other words, how well the patient's care is coordinated internally and externally. Parameters that are followed up are how the patient perceives the staff's ability to cooperate with each other in relation to the patient. The dimension also includes follow-up of patient wishes, regarding continuity.
