Detailed requirements for urban planning documents in the Vosges department

The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code. A prescription is in the form of surface, linear or point information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLUs or POS. A prescription which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the regulation of the area.《城市规划法典》（Urban Planning Code）的R123-11条明确规定了城市规划文件的相关要求。规划管控要求以面状、线状或点状信息的形式，体现在地方城市规划方案（Plan Local d'Urbanisme，简称PLU，复数形式为PLUs）与土地利用规划方案（Plan d'Occupation des Sols，简称POS）的图文文件中。叠加于规划文件某一区域的规划管控要求，通常会对该区域的规划管理规制施加额外约束。
