Correlation analysis of boar semen quality and fecal flora

The objective of this experiment was to study the flora composition, testosterone and endotoxin content of boar feces of different semen quality, analyze the correlation between fecal flora and semen quality, testosterone and endotoxin, and provide a basis for improving semen quality by regulating intestinal flora in pig production. According to all boar semen quality parameters in the three months before the test, 33 healthy York boars of similar daily age were selected and divided into 12 low semen quality group (LSQ) and 21 high semen quality group (HSQ). Fresh boar manure was collected for testosterone and endotoxin content, and the flora composition of the stool was analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology.
