The National Programme for the Requalification of Old Degraded Quarters (PNRQAD) was created by the law of “Mobilisation for housing and the fight against exclusion” of 25 March 2009. Its objective is to rehabilitate urban and social neighbourhoods, reduce unworthy housing, improve and diversify housing supply, improve the energy performance of housing and maintain social diversity within these neighbourhoods. This programme prioritises neighbourhoods with a high concentration of unworthy habitat and a particularly difficult economic and social situation for the inhabitants. This file represents the perimeter of the district identified in 2009 as part of the PNRQAD in the municipality of Bastia.老旧破败街区提质改造国家计划（PNRQAD）由2009年3月25日颁布的《住房保障与反排斥动员法》设立。该计划的目标是改造城市与社会街区、淘汰不合格住房、优化并丰富住房供给、提升住房能效水平，并维持这些街区内的社会多样性。本计划优先覆盖不合格住房高度集中、居民经济与社会处境尤为艰难的街区。 本文件呈现了2009年被纳入巴斯蒂亚市PNRQAD计划的街区范围。
