The Plant Editosome Database (PED) is a specialized repository for plant RNA editing factors and related data. It includes validated editing factors, predicted candidate editing factors, gene expression matrices of the hallmark domains of editing factors, and other associated datasets. The database is equipped with EFDetector and BLASTP tools, and encompasses RNA editing event information across 1,618 species and 1,673 organelles.
