Social relations and trust – Regional index

The Regional Index for the theme Social relations and trust is based on the indicators Residents 16-24 years old not in employment, education or training (%), share (%), population aged 16-84 with lack of trust in others, share (%), population aged 16-84 with lack of emotional support, percentage (%). The KPIs are normalised so that all regions’ values are placed on a scale from 0 to 100 where 0 is the worst and 100 is best (for some indicators, inverted scale is used). In the next step, the standardised indicator values are weighed together into indices at aspect level (currently, the theme is based on indicators in three aspects). This is done with averages, all indicators weighed together with the same weight in each aspect. The values are also at this level in the range 0 to 100. Then the index at aspect level is weighed together to the thematic level according to the same principle and these values also fall between 0 and 100. The weighting is equal for all aspects of the theme.本社会关系与信任主题区域指数基于以下三类指标：16至24岁未就业、未接受教育或未参与培训的居民占比（%）、16至84岁群体中对他人缺乏信任者占比（%）、16至84岁群体中缺乏情感支持者占比（%）。所有关键绩效指标（KPI）均经过归一化处理，将各区域的指标值映射至0至100的分值区间，其中0代表最差表现，100代表最优表现，部分指标采用反向计分规则。随后，将标准化后的指标值按维度进行加权聚合，得到维度层级指数（当前该主题依托三类维度的指标构建）。聚合方式为简单平均：每个维度下的所有指标均赋予相同权重，维度层级的指数分值同样处于0至100的区间内。再按照相同原则，将各维度层级的指数加权聚合为主题层级指数，该层级的分值同样介于0至100之间，且主题下的所有维度权重均等。
