数据集采用“以人为核心”的分层结构化存储方式,通过二维表格与键值对组合架构组织数据,聚焦肢体功能评估与康复全流程,不含任何设备属性字段。数据统一存储为 JSON 与 CSV 格式,各模块通过用户 ID、评估编号进行关联。 主要包含四个模块: 1、评估基础模块 字段包括:评估编号、用户 ID、残疾亚型、评估机构、评估日期、评估师 ID 字段属性:字符串或日期型 主要关键字段:评估编号 + 用户 ID 2、功能深度评估模块 字段包括:评估编号、上肢肌力分级、下肢关节活动范围、平衡功能分级、精细动作完成率、评估时间戳 字段属性:字符串或数值型 主要关键字段:评估编号 3、康复干预模块 字段包括:康复方案 ID、用户 ID、干预类型、治疗频率、干预时长、阶段康复目标、干预效果复测值 字段属性:字符串、数值型或日期型 主要关键字段:康复方案 ID + 用户 ID 4、残疾等级复核模块 字段包括:评估编号、复核机构、复核依据、复核等级、等级变更原因、复核日期 字段属性:字符串或日期型 主要关键字段:评估编号
This dataset adopts a human-centric hierarchical structured storage approach, organizing data via a combined architecture of two-dimensional tables and key-value pairs. It focuses on the entire workflow of limb function assessment and rehabilitation, and does not contain any device attribute fields. All data is uniformly stored in JSON and CSV formats, and all modules are associated through user ID and assessment ID. It mainly includes four modules: 1. Assessment Basic Module Fields: assessment ID, user ID, disability subtype, assessment institution, assessment date, assessor ID Field attributes: string or date type Primary key fields: assessment ID + user ID 2. In-depth Functional Assessment Module Fields: assessment ID, upper limb muscle strength grade, lower limb joint range of motion, balance function grade, fine motor completion rate, assessment timestamp Field attributes: string or numeric type Primary key field: assessment ID 3. Rehabilitation Intervention Module Fields: rehabilitation plan ID, user ID, intervention type, treatment frequency, intervention duration, staged rehabilitation goal, intervention effect re-test value Field attributes: string, numeric or date type Primary key fields: rehabilitation plan ID + user ID 4.
