Proximal Pulmonary Artery Stiffening as a Biomarker of Cardiopulmonary Aging

To investigate cellular and molecular mechanisms associated with the age-related remodeling observed in the proximal pulmonary artery, we analyzed transcriptomic changes of resident pulmonary arterial cells.
