A 5-year average of Gross Investments less investment grants received divided by the number of inhabitants 1 Nov. Region Östergötland refers to the regional group until 2019. For the Stockholm region, the Västragötaland region and Region Skåne are the regional group, for others the region is referred to. For Region Gotland, investments in 2015-2018 are calculated on a flat-rate basis as 35 per cent of the municipality’s investments.
