The soil sub-function ‘Archive of Natural History’ is based on the criterion of natural history significance according to Table 1 of the Saxon soil assessment instrument. The archive of natural history includes soils with special features of natural history development. This includes, for example, soils from rare soil substrates (e.g. flying sand) or low, transitional and raised bog soils, whose historical development and development extends to the current time. In addition, natural history soils are also highly interesting in their functional significance and of very high protection value. For example, heavily soiled or groundwater soils with high humus accumulation as well as fossil soils, such as black soils, have a high function for biodiversity. The archive functions of the soils are sub-functions of the Federal Soil Protection Act. The assessment does not directly assess the location of the site and the climatic conditions of the site, although these are relevant for the preservation and endangerment of the archive floors.
土壤子功能「自然历史档案(Archive of Natural History)」依据萨克森州土壤评估工具(Saxon soil assessment instrument)表1所规定的自然历史重要性标准划定。自然历史档案类土壤涵盖具备特殊自然历史演化特征的土壤,例如源自稀有土壤基质的土壤(如风积砂(flying sand)),以及低位沼泽、过渡型沼泽与高位沼泽土壤,其演化历程自历史时期延续至今。此外,自然历史类土壤兼具极高的功能价值与保护价值:例如腐殖质高度富集的重度污染土壤或受地下水影响的土壤,以及古土壤(如黑土),均对生物多样性具有重要支撑作用。 此类土壤的档案功能属于《联邦土壤保护法》(Federal Soil Protection Act)规定的子功能范畴。本次评估并未直接考察样地的位置与气候条件,尽管上述因素与档案类土壤的存续及受威胁风险密切相关。
