List of persons who have a final decision exempting the environmental tax for the combustion of fuel

The list provides information on persons who have a final decision on the exemption from environmental tax due to the combustion of fuel and persons who have been issued a final decision terminating the entitlement to the exemption from environmental tax due to the combustion of fuel (Article 6 of the Decree).本清单所载信息涵盖两类主体：一是对因燃料燃烧豁免环境税事项拥有最终决定权的人员；二是被作出终止其因燃料燃烧享有的环境税豁免权利的最终决定的人员（依据本法令第6条）。
