The data set shows the locations of the shelters with information on the number of places, protection room ID and date of construction acceptance. The following groups of persons are assigned to a shelter: • Swiss nationals who are registered with their main residence • Foreign nationals who are registered with their main residence and have one of the following authorisations: — 0201 B Stayer EU/EFTA — 0202 B Stayer not EU/EFTA — 0301 C Remitted EU/EFTA — 0302 C Rejected non-EU/EFTA — 070101 L >= 12 months EU/EFTA — 070201 L >= 12 months not EU/EFTA — 1107 diplomat/diplomat and international functionary with diplomatic immunity本数据集收录了各避难所的位置信息，同时附带其容纳位数、防护室ID以及竣工验收日期等核心数据。以下几类人员可被分配至该避难所进行安置： • 户籍登记于常住地的瑞士公民 • 户籍登记于常住地且持有以下任一居留许可的外国公民： — 0201 B类 欧盟/欧洲自由贸易联盟居留者 — 0202 B类 非欧盟/欧洲自由贸易联盟居留者 — 0301 C类 欧盟/欧洲自由贸易联盟遣返居留者 — 0302 C类 非欧盟/欧洲自由贸易联盟拒签居留者 — 070101 L类 欧盟/欧洲自由贸易联盟12个月及以上居留者 — 070201 L类 非欧盟/欧洲自由贸易联盟12个月及以上居留者 — 1107 持有外交豁免权的外交官及国际公职人员
