Rehabilitation Community "DOPO DI US" (ex art. 57)

The "Dopo di Noi" Social Rehabilitation Community is a community-based social care residential structure. 16 citizens (14 + 2 places reserved for emergencies) are identified as recipients of the service, primarily resident in the municipalities of the Social Territorial Area of Lecce, with disabilities, with considerable impairment of functional autonomy, who pour in the following situations of need: - Lack of family support and assistance; - Situation of temporary social emergency reported by the competent territorial services; - Persons for whom permanence in the family unit is assessed as temporarily or definitively impossible or contrary to the individual project.‘Dopo di Noi’社会康复社区是一家以社区为依托的社会护理住宿照护机构。该社区服务对象共计16名，含14个固定名额与2个应急预留名额，主要居住于莱切社会领土区域（Social Territorial Area of Lecce）下辖各市政辖区，均为存在残疾且功能自主性严重受损的人群，涵盖以下几类需求场景： - 缺乏家庭支持与照料的人群； - 出现主管领土服务机构上报的临时性社会紧急情况的人员； - 经评估认为在家庭单元中停留暂时或永久不可行，或不符合个人服务计划的人员。
