Whole-genome shotgun sequencing of Ralstonia mannitolilytica. Ralstonia mannitolilytica strain:MRY14-0246

Ralstonia mannitolilytica is an opportunistic human pathogen. We analyze the whole-genome sequence of R. mannitolilytica MRY14-0246 strain from a patient in Japan to investigate the genes associated with the drug resistance and virulence phenotypes.
