Companies hosted in the network of business incubators of Madrid Emprende

The Directorate-General for Innovation and Entrepreneurship has the competence to design strategies and actions aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and to develop, in general, any other functions that contribute to generating activities that promote entrepreneurship, the creation and growth of the city’s SMEs. To achieve this objective, the Subdirectorate General for Entrepreneurship, attached to the Department of Government of Economy, Innovation and Employment of the City of Madrid, has a network of business incubators, seven in total. These centers are aimed at the creation and consolidation of companies with what is sought to provide the necessary support to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs who start their journey in the start-up and consolidation of their business projects, making available free coworking spaces and offices/offices suitable in terms of the conditions of price and services to receive, helping to launch entrepreneurial ideas, supporting the generation of employment and new economic activities and offering comprehensive support to entrepreneurship. Access to these offices is regulated by the single call for access to entrepreneurship support services in the offices of the network of business incubators of the Madrid City Council, resolution of 9 December 2016 (BOAM No. 7.814 of 30 December). The authorisation to use the offices includes the right to use the same for the established time and the provision of the following services: reception, surveillance and security, cleaning and maintenance of the center, electricity, water and air conditioning costs, both common areas and offices, use of common areas, such as board room or multifunctional room with projector and screen, and technical advice, business training and information on aid programs and subsidies and advertising channels for your business. In this data set are provided all the companies that are housed in the offices of the different centers of the network of incubators of companies of the City of Madrid. This network is currently formed by seven centers, the incubators of companies of Carabanchel, Moratalaz, Puente de Vallecas, San Blas, Vicálvaro, Villaverde and Madrid Food Innovation Hub.创新与创业总司（Directorate-General for Innovation and Entrepreneurship）有权制定旨在推动创业的战略与行动，并可开展各类辅助职能，以催生促进创业、推动本市中小企业（SME，Small and Medium-sized Enterprises）创立与成长的相关活动。为达成此目标，隶属于马德里市政府经济、创新与就业部的创业副总司运营着共计7家企业孵化器组成的孵化网络。该类孵化器中心致力于企业的创立与成长，旨在为处于起步阶段、正推进创业项目落地与发展的创业者提供必要支持：免费提供联合办公空间（coworking spaces）及符合性价比与服务标准的办公场地，供创业者入驻使用，助力创业构想落地，推动就业岗位与新兴经济活动的生成，并为创业活动提供全方位支持。入驻上述办公场地的申请需遵循《马德里市政府企业孵化器网络办公场地创业支持服务统一招募规则》，该规则为2016年12月9日发布的决议，刊载于2016年12月30日第7.814号《马德里官方公报》（BOAM，Boletín Oficial de la Ayuntamiento de Madrid）。办公场地使用权限包括在约定时限内使用场地，且可享受以下配套服务：前台接待、安保监控、场地清洁与维护；公共区域及办公场地的水电、空调费用；公共区域使用权限，例如会议室或配备投影仪与幕布的多功能厅；以及技术咨询、商业培训、创业扶持项目与补贴信息咨询，还有企业宣传渠道支持。本数据集收录了入驻马德里市政府企业孵化器网络各中心办公场地的全部企业信息。该孵化网络目前包含7家孵化器中心，分别为卡拉万切尔（Carabanchel）企业孵化器、莫拉塔利亚兹（Moratalaz）企业孵化器、普恩特德巴列卡斯（Puente de Vallecas）企业孵化器、圣布拉斯（San Blas）企业孵化器、维卡尔瓦罗（Vicálvaro）企业孵化器、比利亚维尔德（Villaverde）企业孵化器以及马德里食品创新中心（Madrid Food Innovation Hub）。
