List of non-construction civil works prices 2010

This price list contains the most important elementary prices, as well as the prices units for the most recurring services in the civil sector, with the exclusion of works construction. For services the costs of which depend essentially on the specific situation of site, this list provides the wording of the entries by inserting the place of unit price 3 asterisks (***). The relevant prices will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. by chance. For the items missing the price, indicated with (---), it was not possible to find a market price for this edition. Prices refer to "normal" services with average market prices within the the territory of the valley floor in the area shown on the attached map. Outside of this area, as well as in cases of particular difficulty of execution, the prices may be adapted on the rise to the particular situation. The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, with regard to the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29.08.2006 of the Province of Bolzano breakdown 11 (ref. no. 11.5 7350), legal security costs (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1% in each individual unit price as well as resulting from the bill of quantities. The tenderer must undertake to earmark these amounts for security measures on the construction site.
