Health – municipal index Women

Women’s municipal index for the theme Health is based on the indicators Average life expectancy women, years, average life expectancy men, years, Obesity population, percentage (%), long-term sick leave with mental illness and syndrome and behavioural disorders, percentage (%), incidence of cancer, age standardised, number/100000, Incidence of myocardial infarction, age standardised 20+ years, number/100000 inv, Population 16-84 years with good or very good self-rated health, share (%), People with good self-rated dental health, percentage (%), Population 16-84 years with impaired mental well-being, share (%). The KPIs are normalised so that all municipalities’ values are placed on a scale from 0 to 100 where 0 is the worst and 100 is best (for some indicators, inverted scale is used). In the next step, the standardised indicator values are weighed together into indices at aspect level (currently, the theme is based on indicators in three aspects). This is done with averages, all indicators weighed together with the same weight in each aspect. The values are also at this level in the range 0 to 100. Then the index at aspect level is weighed together to the thematic level according to the same principle and these values also fall between 0 and 100. The weighting is equal for all aspects of the theme.面向健康主题的女性市政指数，其构建依托以下指标：女性平均预期寿命（单位：年）、男性平均预期寿命（单位：年）、肥胖人口占比（%）、因精神疾病、综合征及行为障碍申请长期病假的人群占比（%）、年龄标化癌症发病率（单位：例/10万人）、年龄标化（20岁及以上人群）心肌梗死发病率（单位：例/10万人，反转量表）、16-84岁自评健康状况为良好或极佳的人群占比（%）、自评口腔健康状况良好的人群占比（%）、16-84岁心理幸福感受损的人群占比（%）。所有关键绩效指标（Key Performance Indicators, KPI）均经过标准化处理，将各市政的指标值映射至0至100的区间内，其中0代表最差表现，100代表最优表现（部分指标采用反转量表）。随后，将标准化后的指标值通过加权聚合得到维度层级指数（当前该健康主题基于三类维度的指标构建）。聚合方式为简单平均加权，即每个维度下的所有指标均被赋予相同权重。该维度层级的指数值同样处于0至100的区间内。接着，依据相同原则将各维度层级的指数进一步加权聚合为主题层级指数，此类数值同样介于0至100之间，且该主题下的所有维度权重均等。
