Nonreciprocal RET Fusion in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma: Genomic Data from a Case Report Study

This submission contains genomic and transcriptomic data supporting the identification of a novel nonreciprocal RET fusion in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). The dataset includes:RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from formalin-fixed paraffin- embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue and matched normal tissue of a PTC case.
