Environmental vision 2018 — bicycle connection

Version of Bicycle Connections adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 3 October 2018. Drenthe is the cycling province par excellence and therefore has the title 5-star cycling province for no reason! The province of Drenthe invests through a coherent programme on a 5-star cycling province and good basic walking infrastructure. In addition, we encourage cycling for a healthy Drenthe population in which everyone can participate.
