11st PROGRAMME: MACROPOLLUTANTS PRIORITIS 1

Different zoning has been defined to guide the implementation of the Agency’s intervention policies in the period 2019-2024 (revision 2021). Depending on the case, they correspond to: eligibility criteria, i.e. projects must be located in the defined area in order to be eligible for Agency aid or an increase in the Agency’s aid rate; priority criteria, i.e. depending on the area in which the projects are located, they are given priority or not to receive assistance from the Agency, in case the cumulative amounts of the different applications exceed the available budget envelope.已划定多类分区，用于指导该机构2019-2024年（2021年修订版）干预政策的落地实施。视具体场景，此类分区对应以下两类标准：资格准入标准（eligibility criteria）：项目需坐落于划定分区范围内，方可具备申请该机构资助，或提升该机构资助比例的资格；优先评定标准（priority criteria）：当不同申请的累计总额超出可用预算额度时，将依据项目所在分区，决定其是否可优先获得该机构的援助。
