Advances in the Grand Council Canton of Thurgau by departments and fractions

The dataset contains the number of advances of the Grand Council from 2011 by year, department, type of proposition and faction. The advances are divided into parliamentary initiative, motion, performance emotion, interpellation, simple question and request under § 52 of the Rules of Procedure of the Grand Council. If advances of a political group with other parties have been submitted, this is indicated in the “Remarks” column. The same applies to advances submitted by only one party of a faction (in the case of factions composed of several parties). The Group shall apply at the time of receipt of an advance. Note on the party name: The CVP changed its party name as of 1 September 2021 (new: The middle). The political group name has also changed accordingly as of 1 September 2021.本数据集涵盖2011年起联邦大委员会（Grand Council）各类提案事项的提交数量，统计维度包含年份、部门、提案类型及政治派系。此类提案事项依据联邦大委员会议事规则（Rules of Procedure）第52条，分为议会倡议（parliamentary initiative）、动议（motion）、绩效诉求（performance emotion）、质询（interpellation）、简易询问（simple question）及请求（request）。若某政治团体联合其他政党提交提案事项，相关情况将在"备注"栏中注明；若某派系内仅单个政党提交了此类事项（针对由多政党组成的派系），亦遵循上述标注规则。提案事项的归属政治团体以其被收件时的所属团体为准。政党名称说明：CVP自2021年9月1日起更改党名（新党名：中间党（The middle）），其对应的政治团体名称亦自2021年9月1日起同步调整。
