Castanea sativa juvenile-like microshoots - Transcriptome

Long-read (Nanopore) sequencing analysis of the transcriptomic responses of chestnut microshoots to treatments related to wounding stress and adventitious rooting. Samples were wounded or wounded and treated with exogenous auxin (Indole-Butyric Acid) to compare gene expression in order to characterize the responses that drive to the formation of callus tissues (Wounding) or the formation of adventitious roots (Wounding + IBA).
