rbcL&trnL Sanger

Sequences of trnL and rbcL plant barcodes generated with use of Sanger technique from steppic plants and from DNA isolates obtained from steppic beetles. RbcL alignment use for phylogenetic tree reconstruction and rbcL Maximum Likelihood tree reconstructed with use of PhyML software.本数据集包含通过桑格（Sanger）测序技术，从草原植物以及草原甲虫的DNA分离物中获取的trnL与rbcL植物条形码（barcode）序列。其中，rbcL序列比对结果被用于系统发育树构建，且基于rbcL序列的最大似然（Maximum Likelihood）系统发育树通过PhyML软件完成构建。
