Meal waste is the sum of serving waste and plate waste. Only municipalities with value for both serving and plate waste are reported. For some municipalities, the number of eating differs for the different measurement periods. Serving waste is food from the serving that has not reached the food guest’s plate and is thrown away because it cannot be used. Plate waste is everything that is scraped off the plate. In order for the municipality to receive a value, at least 50 % of the pupils must eat during the measurement period.本数据集为一项发展关键指标，更多详情可查阅kolada.se平台的问答内容。本次统计周期内，幼儿园单次用餐产生的食物浪费（meal waste）总量为统计对象。食物浪费为配餐浪费（serving waste）与餐盘浪费（plate waste）之和。仅统计同时具备配餐浪费与餐盘浪费两项有效数据的行政区。部分行政区的用餐次数会因不同统计周期而存在差异。配餐浪费指未送达就餐者餐盘、因无法再利用而被丢弃的配餐食物。餐盘浪费指从餐盘上被刮除的全部剩余食物。若行政区需上报有效统计值，则统计周期内就餐学生占比需不低于50%。
