Data sets and Results associated with clingen-svi-comp_calibration (updated according to 2024 paper)

This contains data sets and results associated with the paper "Calibration of additional computational tools expands ClinGen recommendation options for variant classification with PP3/BP4 criteria" and the associated GitHub repo. Each compressed directory contains a README file describing the files and directory structures. The files and directory structures are similar to the data set associated with the original paper: "Calibration of computational tools for missense variant pathogenicity classification and ClinGen recommendations for PP3/BP4 criteria".
