Newborns

Data set, in which information from birth registers is updated from data stored in local government databases once a day: the name or names of the newborn, the sex, the registration authority of birth and the date of creation of the entry. Statistical reports on the use of personal names can be produced; the number of births registered at General Registry Offices by year, month and day, etc. Aggregated data fields: ID — Record identifier; reg_place — Birth Registration Authority; first_name — Name of the child; other_names — Child’s other names; birth_date — Child’s minor date of birth (year, month); sex — Child’s sex (0 — male, 1 — woman); district_id — Data home area/circuit; active_date — Date of creation of the record. The descriptor of the municipalities can be retrieved from the data set “Local Governments”.本数据集每日从地方政府数据库中调取数据以更新出生登记信息，涵盖新生儿姓名、性别、出生登记机关及记录创建日期等内容。可依托该数据集生成个人姓名使用情况统计报告，以及按年、月、日等维度统计的出生登记总办事处（General Registry Offices）登记出生数量等相关统计内容。 聚合数据字段如下： ID — 记录标识符； reg_place — 出生登记机关； first_name — 儿童名； other_names — 儿童其他姓名； birth_date — 儿童出生日期（精确至年、月）； sex — 儿童性别（0代表男性，1代表女性）； district_id — 数据归属区域/选区； active_date — 记录创建日期。 可从数据集"Local Governments"中获取各市政单位的描述信息。
