Instances for the Runway Scheduling Problem During Winter Operations

This data set includes in total 38 instances for the Runway Scheduling Problem During Winter Operations. It includes 24 realistic instances featuring up to 75 aircraft and up to 3 runways. It includes 14 large-scale instances featuring up to 500 aircraft and up to 5 runways which are based on the airland9-13 instances from "Displacement problem and dynamically scheduling aircraft landings" by J.E. Beasley, M. Krishnamoorthy, Y.M. Sharaiha and D. Abramson, Journal of the Operational Research Society, vol.55, 2004, pp54-64.本数据集共收录38个冬季运行期间跑道调度问题（Runway Scheduling Problem During Winter Operations）的实例。其中包含24个真实场景实例，单实例最多可涵盖75架次航空器与3条跑道。另有14个大规模实例，单实例最多可涵盖500架次航空器与5条跑道；该类实例基于J.E.比斯利（J.E.
