On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021, 194 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal was organized, which are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager of Kharkiv City Council.依据哈尔科夫市市长2021年10月21日第194号《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定〉的政令》，相关机构已在哈尔科夫开放数据门户（Kharkiv Open Data Portal）上组织发布信息管理者的开放数据集，此类数据集将自动同步至哈尔科夫市议会管理者办公室所属的统一国家开放数据门户（Unified State Open Data Portal）。
