<b>COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION OF DIGITAL GOVERNANCE POTENTIAL IN THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA</b>

This article examines the development of digital governance of (in) RA within the context of various indexes of electronic governance. The aim of article is to examine position of Armenia in the digital governance process and identify the strengths and weaknesses of e-governance through quantitative and qualitative analyses.The main issues of the work are ranking of Armenia and its trends in main electronic government indexes, multidimensional classification of countries by digitalization indicators, e-participation case of Armenia.
