This dataset contains the boundaries at the different stages of the development of the PPRN. The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a specified date. This is the following: — prescribed scope contained in the prescription order of a PPR (natural or technological); — scope of risk exposure that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved perimeter is a utility easement (PM1 for PPRNs and PM3 for PPRTs); — scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied. Table of perimeters identified during the study of a PPR. This table contains as a minimum the prescribed perimeters for RPPs in the prescribed state and the prescribed and risk exposure perimeters for approved RPPs.本数据集收录了PPRN各发展阶段的边界信息。此类边界的核心特征为：均由官方行为产生，并自指定日期起生效，具体分类如下： 1. 自然或技术型PPR的法定文书中载明的规定范围； 2. 与获批RPP所规制范围对应的风险暴露（risk exposure）范围，该获批边界为公共地役权（utility easement），其中PPRN对应PM1，PPRT对应PM3； 3. 研究范围，即开展危害研究的覆盖范围。 PPR研究阶段识别出的边界表。该表至少包含处于法定生效状态的RPP的规定边界，以及获批RPP的规定边界与风险暴露边界。
