该数据集为杭州市第一人民医院在2023年至2025年日常医疗服务及管理过程中产生的医院安全（不良）事件数据，包含事件发生日期、提交日期、事件状态、事件分类及类别、责任科室、事发院区、报告人及当事人信息、上报及职能科室判定的事件级别与严重程度、专家点评及RCA根因分析发起情况等。数据经过标准化与脱敏处理，去除敏感个人信息，仅保留性别、科室、职业等一般信息。数据可用于医疗安全管理分析、风险评估、事件趋势研究、医疗质量改进及科研教学，并可结合人工智能技术进行事件预测、异常检测、根因分析和决策辅助，助力医院安全治理、管理决策优化和医疗质量提升，为医疗机构提供可靠的数据支撑和智能化分析基础。This dataset comprises hospital safety (adverse event) data generated during the routine medical service and management operations of Hangzhou First People's Hospital from 2023 to 2025. It contains the following information: event occurrence date, submission date, event status, event classification and category, responsible department, incident hospital campus, reporter and involved party details, event level and severity determined by the reporting and functional departments, expert reviews, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) initiation status, among other relevant items. The data has been standardized and de-identified, with all sensitive personal information removed, and only general information such as gender, department, and occupation is preserved. This dataset can be used for medical safety management analysis, risk assessment, event trend research, healthcare quality improvement, as well as scientific research and teaching. It can also be utilized in conjunction with artificial intelligence technologies to carry out event prediction, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and decision support, which helps optimize hospital safety governance, improve management decisions, and enhance healthcare quality, providing reliable data support and intelligent analysis foundations for medical institutions.
