Observed survival of coral fragments throughout a 93-day ocean acidification and warming experiment

<p>This dataset includes the observed survival of four species of Caribbean reef-building corals (Siderastrea siderea, Pseudodiploria strigosa, Porites astreoides, and Undaria tenuifolia) throughout a 93-day ocean acidification (280-3200 μatm) and warming (28°C and 31°C) experiment. Survival was assessed every 30 days during the experiment. After the experiment, these data were analysed to evaluate the effects of ocean acidification and warming on the survivorship of the four corals species.&nbsp;These data are presented in Bove et al (2019).</p>本数据集涵盖了一项为期93天的海洋酸化（Ocean Acidification，280-3200 微大气压（μatm））与海水升温（28°C与31°C）实验中，四种加勒比海造礁珊瑚（Siderastrea siderea、Pseudodiploria strigosa、Porites astreoides及Undaria tenuifolia）的观测存活率数据。实验期间每30天对珊瑚存活率进行一次评估。实验结束后，研究人员对该数据集展开分析，以评估海洋酸化与海水升温对四种珊瑚物种存活率的影响。本数据集相关内容发表于Bove等人2019年的研究中。
