Employees foreign born in individual and family care, balance sheet

Share of foreign-born persons aged 18-64 among employees in individual and family care divided by the proportion of foreign born persons aged 18-64 in the municipality’s population. The same proportion of foreign born persons among the employees in individual and family care as in the municipality’s population gives the balance figure 1. A figure higher than 1 shows a higher share of foreign born among employees than in the population and a figure less than 1 shows, conversely, a lower proportion than in the population.
