Municipalities of the Mountain Law to the Official Geographical Code (COG 2020->2022)
The 1985 Mountain Law was supplemented in December 2016 by the Law on Modernisation, Development and Protection of Mountain Territories, known as the Mountain II Law. Thus, mountain areas are characterised by significant handicaps resulting in more difficult living conditions and restricting the exercise of certain economic activities. They include, in metropolitan France, municipalities or parts of municipalities characterised by a considerable limitation of land use possibilities and a significant increase in the costs of works due to: (1) the existence, due to altitude, of very difficult climatic conditions resulting in a significantly shorter period of vegetation; (2) the presence, at a lower altitude, in most of the territory of steep slopes such that mechanisation is not possible or requires the use of particular equipment which is very expensive; (3) the combination of these two factors where the extent of the disability, resulting from each of them taken separately, is less accentuated; in this case, the disability resulting from this combination must be equivalent to that resulting from the situations referred to in 1° and 2° above. Each mountain area is delimited by inter-ministerial decree and attached by decree to one of the massifs. In the event of the creation of a new municipality, classification in mountain areas shall be maintained for the parts of the new municipality corresponding to the territory of the former municipalities previously classified as mountain areas. The municipalities subject to the urban planning provisions of the mountain law are listed by ten decrees made between February 1974 and September 1985, which are available below. However, for the by-laws made between 1982 and 1985, only the municipalities listed in Annex I are subject to the urban planning provisions of the Mountain Law. • Decree of 20 February 1974 delimitation of mountain areas • Decree of 18 March 1975 delimitation of mountain areas in the three departments besides @-@ Martinique Sea, Guadeloupe and Réunion • Decree of 28 April 1976 classifying municipalities and parts of municipalities in mountain areas • Decree of 18 January 1977 classifying municipalities and parts of municipalities in mountain areas • Order of 13 November 1978 ranking of the commune of Loucrup (Highs @-@ Pyrenees) in mountain areas. Completes the Order of 28 April 1976 • Decree of 29 January 1982 classifying municipalities or parts of municipalities in less-favoured areas • Order of 20 September 1983 classifying municipalities and parts of municipalities in less-favoured areas under Article 2 of Decree No 77566 of 03 @-@ 06 @-@ 1977 • Decree of 14 December 1984 classifying municipalities and parts of municipalities in less-favoured areas • Decree of 25 July 1985 classifying municipalities and parts of municipalities in less-favoured areas • Order of 6 September 1985 delimiting the mountain area in metropolitan France
1985年《山地法》于2016年12月经《山地领地现代化、发展与保护法》(Law on Modernisation, Development and Protection of Mountain Territories)进行补充,该法案俗称《山地II法》(Mountain II Law)。
