Caenorhabditis elegans transcriptomic data of different engineered daf-2::AID strategies

We applied engineering approaches to characterize and understand the performance of several AID technologies and then improved this performance in the multicellular animal Caenorhabditis elegans. Here, we present the data on the transcriptomic impact of said technologies.
