Agriculture/Housing landscape per ha – Flanders – situation 2013

This map of the interdependence between agriculture and living was drawn up on the basis of the combination of the residential cells from the land use stock with the low level of agricultural use. The analysis was carried out on a 10 m resolution. Each hectare cell with at least 100 m² of farming or living was included in the analysis. This map indicates, per hectare, whether it is a fully monofunctional agricultural cell, or a fully mono-functional residential cell, or whether it is a cell with a degree of interdependence between agriculture and living. For interconnected cells, a distinction is made between cells that are taken by agriculture for more than half (dominant agriculture), or more than half are taken by living (dominant living). The dwellings of agricultural holdings are not regarded as residential buildings, but as agricultural buildings. For agriculture, only registered agriculture was taken into account according to declarations made to the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and entered in the Land Parcel Database. Other land uses, including nature, water, recreation, infrastructure, etc., are excluded from the analysis.本农业与居住用地依存关系地图，系通过融合土地利用现状库中的居住用地栅格单元与低农业利用强度地块绘制而成。本次分析采用10米空间分辨率。每公顷栅格单元若包含至少100平方米的农业或居住用地，则纳入本次分析范围。本地图按每公顷栅格单元标注其属性：可为完全单一功能农业单元、完全单一功能居住单元，或存在农业与居住用地依存关系的混合单元。对于存在用地依存关系的混合单元，可进一步区分为农业用地占比过半的（主导农业型）单元，以及居住用地占比过半的（主导居住型）单元。农业生产经营主体的住宅不视作居住建筑，而归为农业附属建筑。农业用地仅统计已向农业与渔业部申报并录入土地宗地数据库的合法登记农业用地。其他土地利用类型，包括自然用地、水域、休闲用地、基础设施用地等，均不纳入本次分析。
