Bebauungsplan Lurup 37 2. Änderung Hamburg

The following point 3 is added in § 2 of the Regulation on the development plan Lurup 37 of 20 October 1970 with the amendment of 5 June 1984 (Hamburgian Law and Ordinance Gazette 1970, page 278, 1984 p. 108): 3. In the commercial area, exceptions shall be excluded for gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33i of the Trade Code, which are used for the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit, as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is to depict or act of a sexual nature.’1970年10月20日发布、并经1984年6月5日修订的《卢鲁普37号发展规划条例》（刊载于《汉堡法律与规章公报》1970年第278页、1984年第108页）的第2条新增下述第3点：3. 在商业区域内，《商法典》第33i条所指的赌场及同类营业（无论是否以营利为目的，用于安装博彩设备），以及以展示或实施性相关行为为目的的演示场所与营业场所，均不得适用例外规定。
