CC-HABITALP mapping 1954-2003-2015 — Final Technical Report

On the basis of the aerial photographs of 2003, a state mapping was made according to the HABITALP method in 2005/06. In the next step 2012/13, a retrospective change mapping 1953/54 was carried out using the CC-HABITALP method. As a result of some quality deficiencies, this result was revised as the next step in 2014/15. As part of this project, the third step, the change recording in 2003 2013, was carried out using the CC-HABITALP method. The aim of the project was to comprehensively record changes according to the CC-HABITALP method for the period 2003 2013 as well as improvement of species data (tree species, dominant species) and spatial structuring with retroactive corrections (interval 1953/54). The mapping is based on aerial images (Pan, RGB and CIR) from 1953/54, 2003 and 2013. The ground resolution of the aerial images is 20 cm. A large number of secondary data were also available to the aerial interpreters. They served as an additional source of information and offered comparison possibilities.以2003年航空摄影影像为基础，研究团队于2005/2006年间依照HABITALP方法完成了土地现状制图。2012/2013年，研究团队采用CC-HABITALP方法完成了1953/1954年的回溯性变化制图。因部分成果存在质量缺陷，该结果于2014/2015年完成修订。 作为本项目的第三阶段工作，研究团队采用CC-HABITALP方法完成了2003至2013年间的变化记录。 本项目的核心目标为：依照CC-HABITALP方法全面记录2003至2013年间的地表变化，同时完善物种数据（含树种、优势种）并开展空间结构化处理，此外针对1953/1954年的测绘结果进行回溯修正。 本次制图依托1953/1954年、2003年及2013年的航空影像（包含全色（Pan）、RGB、CIR波段影像），航空影像的地面分辨率为20厘米。航空影像解译人员还可获取大量辅助数据，这些数据可作为额外信息来源并提供对比参考依据。
